Consultancy for participation in the online tender

Our legal experts and technical consultants will be available to the economic operator to provide procedural and regulatory support on complex issues related to participation in tender procedures.

An essential support for all those operators who participate in particularly complex procedures or, simply, for those who perceive the need for professional support aimed at an optimised management of the tender.

The indicated cost refers to the consultancy service for the participation for 1 electronic tender.

The service includes:

• Analysis of the requirements requested by the Contracting Authority for the participation in the tender (Certifications Art. 94-95 Legislative Decree 36/2023, Quality certification, SOA certification, technical, economic/financial requirements etc.);
• Evaluation of the tender specification and specifications;
• Drafting or verification of drafts of administrative documentation.

The service must be requested at least 15 working days in advance of the deadline for participation in the tender. The consultancy service will be provided within 10 working days of the request.

The service, according to the principle of disjunction and tertiarity, may not concern any essential element of the bid.
