A consultant will support the Economic Operator in all the phases of registration in the electronic purchasing supplier register, so as to guarantee a formally complete and correct registration.
The cost indicated refers to the registration support service for 1 supplier register on a DigitalPA Online Procurement platform.
The service includes:
- Entering the personal data of the legal representative and any accompanying documentation;
- Declarations Art. 94-95 italian Law 36/2023 of the legal representative and any co-obligors;
- Compilation of activity data;
- Entry of data relating to the chamber of commerce, social security position, INAIL etc;
- Selection of the correct product categories or specialization sectors and specific turnover for each category;
- Insertion of the call categories relating to the Registration on MePA (italian Public administration electronic market), or possible registration to other Lists;
- Certifications and ratings (Quality certification and further certifications or ratings);
- Additional supplementary documentation;
- Support in the digital signature of documents and self-certification.
The service will be provided by appointment based on the availability of operators. The appointment must be requested with at least 48 hours’notice.
The service, according to the principle of disjunction and tertiarity, may not concern any essential element of the bid.
