You can view the complete list of contracting authorities free of charge by registering at www.networkpa.it and logging in as a free user of the https://albi.networkpa.it platform.

How do you access NetworkPA?

Access is through an Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc…) on a PC or other mobile device connected to the Internet. If you have a PLUS or UNLIMITED subscription, you can access it through the dedicated mobile app.

What is the Benchmark Analysis?

Will I be qualified after I synchronize my data?

Requests for validation must be submitted to the attention of the individual Contracting Authority. Each authority will process the request and issue the qualification. The qualification to the registers of the e-procurement platforms must be carried out individually for each entity by the economic operator, who will take care to select the authorities of interest to him, due to the fact that each platform could differ, even minimally, from the others (it could have customized fields).

What call for tenders can I see on NetworkPA?

The PLUS and UNLIMITED subscriptions give you access to an extensive list of tenders. You will be able to consult the tenders issued by the contracting authorities present in NetworkPA, as well as tenders from other sources (e.g. Mepa, Sintel, S.TEL.LA of the Lazio Region, START of the Tuscany Region, EmPULIA, SardegnaCAT, Intercent-ER, INVA Valle d’Aosta, Sicily Region, and TED European Tenders), which are constantly updated. Other sources will be made available periodically.

The tenders in this section are extracted through automated search tools. The source platforms are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information on each procedure.

How does the final accreditation of the operator to the Authority’s Supplier Register take place?

An Economic Operator’s accreditation process begins with the completion of the NetworkPA registration steps, including the information required by the entity. Submission of the appropriate self-certification and formal request for qualification takes place on the Contracting Authority’s platform.

If the self-certification feature is enabled on the Contracting Authority’s platform and the registration process is correct, the Economic Operator will be automatically activated.

In the case of manual qualification, once the information received has been verified, the authority will review the file and decide whether or not to accredit the economic operator. In the case of both acceptance and rejection of the application, a notification will be sent to the economic operator with details of the status of its application for authorization.

Do you need support in order to request qualification for the Registers?

 

Can a supplier be accredited for more than one product category?

Yes, upon registration, each supplier selects one or more lists and product categories of interest.
Similarly, the public works contractor can select several public works categories, and the technical professional can select several works and services.
It is therefore possible to register on several lists at the same time.

Can an enrolled economic operator change the data entered in the register?

Absolutely yes. Any economic operator enrolled in one of the registers can modify its data from their reserved area.
If you modify any data, you will have to go through the synchronization process again in order to transmit the modified data to each platform.

What are the requirements to participate in a digital tender?

In order to participate in an electronic tender, it is obligatory to have a digital signature, a PEC (certified electronic mail), and to acquire time stamps, if required by the Authority.

In the case of direct negotiation or a piece of trust, the qualified suppliers enrolled in the electronic Register of the Contracting Authority may be selected and receive an invitation to participate. In the case of open tenders, on the other hand, only partial registration is required in order to obtain the access codes to participate in the digital tender notice, visible in the active tender list of the reserved area.

What is single sign-on?

Single sign-on is the ability for the user to perform a single authentication that is valid for all platforms with which they are synchronized.

Using the NetworkPA credentials, the user will be able to access the NetworkPA platform as well as the Contracting Authority platforms for which he or she is synchronized.

What is data synchronisation?

Data synchronization is the process of sending data from the Supplier Register entry form to the Network Procurement Stations (DigitalPA) platforms.

If you change any data in NetworkPA, you must go through this synchronization to send the changed data to each platform.

Can the tender participant ensure that the administrative documentation and technical/economic offer are correctly received?

After sending the technical and economic offer, the client receives a PEC e-mail with the list of uploaded files (name – size – date) and a unique identification code (hash code generated with the sha 256 algorithm).
This procedure provides absolute certainty of the identity of the file entered into the system, also from a legal point of view in case of appeal.

Can the supplier electronically ask the Contracting Authority questions regarding the call?

Yes, a messaging area is available on the tender page to ask questions. The participant will receive the answer in their private area and their mailbox.

Will the rankings be visible online?

Yes, as soon as the ranking is created, the awarding company and the awarding criteria will be announced in the “Awards” section. At the same time, the ranking will be published on the organization’s official portal.

How do I cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription?

CREDIT CARD

To cancel automatic renewal when paying by credit card, log in to your member area and uncheck the “AUTOMATIC RENEWAL” box directly in the “Subscription” area.

PAYPAL

If you pay by PayPal, you must cancel the automatic renewal directly from your personal PayPal account.
Note: Canceling a subscription will cancel all future scheduled payments for that subscription.

Will I be notified when my subscription expires?

Yes, starting one month before your subscription expires, you will receive 4 automatic emails reminding you that your subscription is about to expire.

Does the subscription renewal take place automatically?

Yes, unless you deactivate the automatic renewal option from your account, the system will automatically renew your subscription upon expiry without any interruption of the service.

Is it possible to cancel an ongoing subscription?

No, you cannot cancel an ongoing subscription. To cancel it when it expires, you have two options:

  • From your profile, go to the “Subscription” section and click “Cancel”. This will preserve all functionality until the subscription expires. After expiration, the subscription will be deactivated. To avoid fees, we recommend that you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. This will cancel all future payments associated with the subscription.
  • You can also turn off automatic renewal in the “Subscription” section. Your subscription will not renew when it expires and will be canceled. If you decide to re-subscribe at a later date, you will need to proceed with a new subscription.
