No, you cannot cancel an ongoing subscription. To cancel it when it expires, you have two options:
- From your profile, go to the “Subscription” section and click “Cancel”. This will preserve all functionality until the subscription expires. After expiration, the subscription will be deactivated. To avoid fees, we recommend that you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. This will cancel all future payments associated with the subscription.
- You can also turn off automatic renewal in the “Subscription” section. Your subscription will not renew when it expires and will be canceled. If you decide to re-subscribe at a later date, you will need to proceed with a new subscription.
